Frank’s TV – A wholly owned subsidiary
Carlos Arreola survives in business because his family
covers up for him, or in this case actively participates with him.
It is no secret that the Service division of Orbital
Enterprises had very little business from November of 2010 through about May.
Carlos, who maintained a desk at Franks TV in Las Vegas, had a problem.
- Mr. Meyer had notified him that his staff was
immediately laid off. - Mr. Meyer had let Carlos and Robyn Guy, his
intent to leave the company because Carlos’s staff was intent on once again
covering up the facts from Mr. Meyer. - Carlos had his sister Aurora, go to Nevada to
assess the situation. The company had some relatively minor problems; payroll
did not go out because of mishandling of a large check by one of Frank’s
employees, so they walked of the job.
At this point things get sketchy, so I will
only stick to the facts as our investigation has shown.
Carlos told members of the Board of Directors that the employees of Frank’s had “ransacked the offices, and everything that wasn’t nailed down, was stolen, a complete loss”. However behind the scenes, Aurora Arreola, and others including family members, and family members to be, where telling Carlos that it was a gold mine.
Carlos, then set about raising money, not to save Frank’s TV, but to set up a new company that would become part of his “Service Team Network”. Investors put money up, and the true ransacking of Frank’s TV then occurred. For instance it is claimed that Carlos sold a Frank’s TV truck with lift gate, to his sister for 300.00 dollars, for the new company called Knovative, and located in Las Vegas not far from Frank’s TV.
Strange how they could get investors for a “new” service company but not save Frank’s TV. As if this was not bad enough, when a journeyman who worked occasionally at Orbital was given a ride to Frank’s to repair over 50 televisions, and when he found out what was occurring asked if the “transfer” was approved by Orbital, he was told to “get out” Carlos, his family and Sister, left a man, father, and husband 400 miles from home with no pay, and no ride home. This man was left to call his Mom for bus fare to get back to San Deigo, to his family. This is what you can expect from the Arreola family.
Once they are done with you, you are broke.
Mr. Meyer found out about this on the night of June 14th 2011, which led to a memo dated 15 June 2011 being signed by Carlos Arreola, which indemnified Mr. Meyer, and Orbital Enterprises for actions of his family. Carlos Arreola Resigned from Orbital Enterprises, Inc. the same day. Ms. Guy was terminated with cause. There were no other employees left to fire.
The former employees of Frank’s TV whom were initially blamed, we are truly sorry about what occurred.
